Oren Pinhassi (b. 1985, Tel Aviv; lives and works in New York) received an MFA from Yale University (2014) and a B.Ed.F.A. from Beit-Berl College, Hamidrasha School of Art (2011). Pinhassi is a recipient of Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant (2019). He has participated in residencies at Castello di San Basilio, Basilicata (2019); Palazzo Monti, Brescia (2019); Via Farini, Milan (2017); Outset Contemporary Art Fund, Tel Aviv (2017); Storm King, New York (2016); and Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture (2014).

Pinhassi’s work is in the collections of Castello San Basilio, Basilicata; GAMeC Museum of Modern Art, Bergamo; Kadist Art Foundation; Palazzo Monti, Brescia; and Petach Tikva Museum of Art.
